Members and roles

A club brings together three main families of members: admins, coaches and players. Each has rights aligned with their role.

Invite a member

From the Members tab of the club, click Invite. Enter the person's email and pick their role. They will receive an invitation to join the club.

Roles

Admin

  • Manages club settings
  • Creates and deletes teams
  • Invites, edits and removes members
  • Sees all club data

Coach

  • Builds the exercise library and programs
  • Coaches one or more teams
  • Schedules training and matches
  • Tracks the progress of the athletes they coach

Player

  • Reviews their training and matches
  • Performs sessions and tracks sets
  • Communicates with their team
  • Sees their own statistics

The same user can hold several roles (for example coach and player in an amateur club).

Manage members

From the member list you can:

  • Change someone's role
  • Reassign a member to another team
  • Deactivate an account at end of season

Communication

The club and each team have an announcement feed to inform members (training cancelled, match call-up, results). Members receive notifications based on their preferences.
