Members and roles
A club brings together three main families of members: admins, coaches and players. Each has rights aligned with their role.
Invite a member
From the Members tab of the club, click Invite. Enter the person's email and pick their role. They will receive an invitation to join the club.
Roles
Admin
- Manages club settings
- Creates and deletes teams
- Invites, edits and removes members
- Sees all club data
Coach
- Builds the exercise library and programs
- Coaches one or more teams
- Schedules training and matches
- Tracks the progress of the athletes they coach
Player
- Reviews their training and matches
- Performs sessions and tracks sets
- Communicates with their team
- Sees their own statistics
The same user can hold several roles (for example coach and player in an amateur club).
Manage members
From the member list you can:
- Change someone's role
- Reassign a member to another team
- Deactivate an account at end of season
Communication
The club and each team have an announcement feed to inform members (training cancelled, match call-up, results). Members receive notifications based on their preferences.
