Sharing

A Draw can stay strictly personal, be shared internally, or be distributed externally through a public link. Sharing uses the centralized system of the Abyss suite.

Sharing targets​

From the Share menu, you can grant access to:

  • a specific user (by email)
  • a team in the organization
  • the whole organization
  • anyone through a public link

Access levels​

  • VIEW — read the canvas, no edits
  • EDIT — draw and modify the canvas
  • MANAGE — also manage shares and can delete the Draw

The creator always has the MANAGE level.

A public link lets anyone with the URL view — or edit, depending on the chosen level — the Draw, with no Abyss account. Convenient to open a workshop to a client or external partner.

The Draw system exposes two distinct links in that case: a read-only link and an editing link. You can revoke each link independently at any time.

Anonymous creation​

A Draw can be created without an account from the Draw home page. It does not then belong to any user or organization, and is only reachable through the public links generated at creation time.

Remove access​

From the Share menu, you can revoke a user, a team, or disable a public link at any time. Revocation is immediate.
