Draw

Draw is the collaborative whiteboard of Abyss Tools. It is a free space to sketch, diagram and run visual brainstorms together.

Scope and ownership​

A Draw can be:

  • Personal — visible only to you
  • Attached to an organization
  • Attached to a project inside an organization
  • Anonymous — created without an account, only reachable through public links

Sharing and permissions​

Draw relies on the centralized sharing system. From the Share menu, you grant access to a user, a team, the whole organization or via a public link, with a VIEW, EDIT or MANAGE level.

To create a Draw inside an organization, your role must include the DRAW_CREATE permission.
