Create a form

Steps​

  1. Open the creation page
  2. Give your form a title
  3. Configure the options:
    • manual review of submissions
    • confirmation message
    • redirect after submit
  4. (Optional) link the form to an Abyss Spotlight project or a presentation
  5. Add your questions (text, multiple choice, file, code block…)
  6. (Optional) attach documents (uploaded or imported from Abyss Cloud)
  7. Confirm the creation

At this point your form is a draft. To accept submissions, you must publish it manually from its page.

After publishing​

  • The form is available on its public URL
  • Submissions land in the Responses tab
  • You can moderate them (review, archive) if you enabled manual validation
  • Analytics are available in the form dashboard
