Create a Cloud

In Abyss Cloud, a Space (or "Cloud") is a container where you store your files and folders. You can own several of them.

Space types​

Depending on your organization context, you can create:

  • Personal — visible only to you
  • Organization (common) — open to every member of the organization with the matching permission
  • Organization (my Spaces) — yours but attached to an organization
  • Project — attached to a project, accessible to project members

Create your first Space​

  1. Open cloud.abyss-project.fr
  2. Click New Space
  3. Give it a name and pick its type (personal, organization, project)
  4. Confirm — your Space is ready

Once created, you can drag-and-drop files or create folders inside the Space.

Edit a Space​

From the Space view you can:

  • rename the Space
  • add / remove tags
  • review recent activity
  • manage shares (see Share my Cloud)
  • check the storage breakdown
  • empty the trash

Delete or leave a Space​

  • If you are the creator: you can delete the Space
  • If you are invited: you can leave the Space without removing it for the others
