Filtering what's shared with you
In every service (Tools, Cloud, Form…) you see by default all the content you have access to: your personal content, organization content visible to you, items shared with you directly, and items shared with your teams.
Filters let you isolate what you care about.
Available filters

Admin view
If you have ORG_FULL_ACCESS, an admin view toggle (shield icon at the top of the screen) switches between:
- Off (default) — you see things as a standard member would (only what's shared with you)
- On — you see all of the organization's content, including items not shared with you
Useful for audit, moderation, or finding an item created by someone else without asking them.
Search
Each service offers global search (shortcut ⌘K / Ctrl+K). It respects permissions: you can only find items you actually have access to.
