Current state​

The Abyss ecosystem is usable without a paid subscription: every service can be enabled and accessed freely by users and organizations. No critical feature is intentionally throttled during this phase.

Billing redesign​

The billing system is being redesigned. The new rules will follow a few principles:

  • Per-service activation — every organization picks which services to enable (Monitor, Storage, Cloud, etc.), and only the resources of enabled services count toward limits.
  • Tier-based limits — each service defines its own metrics (item count per tool, stored volume, number of forms, etc.). Tiers are calibrated to stay accessible for individual and non-profit usage.
  • Application scope — limits apply at the organization level (or user level for personal usage), not at the team or project level.

The details (plans, credits, pricing, precise per-service limits) will be published here once the new offering is ready.

In the meantime​

Enjoy the ecosystem with no restrictions. No action is required on your side: existing accounts and organizations will be migrated automatically to the new offering, with time to adjust if needed.
