Product support

To report an issue, request a feature, or get help with an Abyss service, the recommended channel is the ticket system built into the application.

Tickets are visible from your My account area and allow clear tracking of exchanges with the team.

For topics outside the scope of a ticket (partnership, press, security, GDPR), you can use the generic contact address available on abyss-project.fr.

Service status

Before opening a ticket for an incident, check status.abyss-project.fr. The page lists the real-time state of every service along with ongoing incidents.
